The idea for the Symmetry Full Moon Matric Fest was born out of a love for music and a desire to bring young people together to celebrate their matriculation achievement.

Matrics can expect a weekend of live music, entertainment, camping, games, competitions and give-aways, swimming, great food, and fun in the sun.

Our line-up features top artists from around the world, and we guarantee an unforgettable experience to the Matrics of 2025.

The maximum capacity at the venue is 5,000 people, spread over a stunning 42 ha farm.

Unfortunately, no fires are allowed, as it’s fire season. No food and beverages (alcoholic, soft drinks, and water) are allowed into the venue. There are various bars, beverages, and food trucks to pick from. POS machines are available at all outlets.

Yes, free WIFI access is available in designated areas.

Acceptable forms of ID for entry:

– SA ID book or card
– SA Driver’s Licence
– SA Passport
– Passport of foreign national with ID photo

Unacceptable forms of ID:
– Student Cards
– Birth Certificates
– Learner’s Licence
– Photocopies of ID documents

You may leave the venue but no re-entry is allowed after 22:00. Entry is allowed again the following morning at 08:00.

You will be checked-out when exiting the venue. Security reserves the right to remove your wristband when you exit the venue.

If you are in vehicle camping, we ask to notify security an hour prior to leaving.

Before re-entry into the venue area and festival grounds, ticket holders will need to go through strict security checks again.

Standard parking and disabled parking is available.
Weekend parking pass is R250 per vehicle, not included in the ticket fee.
Vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense if a vehicle gets stuck or doesn’t have an official parking sticker issued by us.
We do not allow people to sleep in their cars in the car park, we have car camping available, vehicle camping pass is R500 per vehicle/campervan/caravan.
There are no toilets and shower facilities in the car park area.
There is strictly no drinking allowed in the car park, no gatherings and playing music in the car park.

Each ticket includes a: 3m x 3m camping spot, each camping spot accommodating up to 4 people.
Car camping is R500 per 3m x 5m space.
Vehicles who do have car camping passes, my not enter the camping area, no drop offs are allowed.
Camping spaces are first come first served, you will be directed to the next available space, we have allocated areas for walkways, toilets and free shower facilities.
Staff will be on hand to assist in setting up tents if required. The venue and event organiser do not provide tents.
The camping areas will be split into areas marked out with colour flags for easy identification and lighting at walkways.
Security is provided in the camping areas, but we take no responsibility for items being stolen out of tents. We advise to bring a tent lock.
We strongly advise to set up your tent before sunset.

Only weekend tickets can be purchased, there are no tickets for individual days.

We do not provide any refunds.
We do not permit reselling or scalping tickets. This immediately invalidates your ticket.
Tickets may only be exchanged and resold through Symmetry. Contact [email protected] to receive a code to sell your ticket on our Facebook platform. You will be denied admission to the venue if your ticket was resold though any other channels and not verified through Symmetry.
We reserve the right to cancel tickets if they were purchased illegally or fraudulently via third parties and to institute legal action for any damages we may incur and recover any cancellation costs from you.
We reserve the right to cancel your order in the event that repeat orders are placed that may be fraudulent. We may refund you the purchase price after deducting a 5% administration fee per ticket.

Yes you can! Attendees are encouraged to dress up.
Please come prepared for all weather conditions.

Attendees agree to follow all festival policies in our T&Ss and posted instructions while at the festival.

Attendees should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend the festival. By entering the festival, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to the venue, and activities.
